Vibrations from trams outside the hotel can be felt in the building. Power sockets are only compatible with thin Swiss adaptors.

As foreign tourists, we loved the perfect location right in front of the main station and close to the airport bus stop. The value for money was excellent, and we enjoyed the free drinks available on every floor. The room and bathroom were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We also recommend trying the nearby restaurant called The Steinbock for delicious Swiss food.

This hotel is located at the best place with a tram stop, railway station, and departmental stores right outside. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. The breakfast includes the BEST coffee I've ever had in my life.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located next to the train station, making it very easy for us to access public transportation. The room was spacious and the bathroom felt new and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had soundproof windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also provided us with Basel cards, allowing us to travel around the city easily. The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel offered limited free parking spots, which made it difficult to find a parking space.

This hotel is perfectly located just steps away from the train and tram station. It's so convenient for exploring the city and even traveling to other countries. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The friendly staff made our stay even better. Plus, they offer a free public transport pass, saving us even more money on transportation. We couldn't have asked for a better location or service.
